Kingsley Chin, MD, is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
He received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Biology and Cell Biology at the University of California, San Diego and his medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco, and completed his residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in the department of Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Chin has been with Piedmont Ear, Nose, Throat and Related Allergy, P.C. since 1995.
Dr. Chin specializes in treating patients with sinus and allergy disorders. He believes in treating chronic sinus disorders with a comprehensive medical approach that involves the use of the latest medications, the evaluation and treatment of both air borne and food allergies, and the evaluation of the immune system. Dr. Chin was trained in sinus surgery by Dr. David Kennedy the renowned surgeon who introduced endoscopic sinus surgery to the United States. Dr. Chin is also a leader in balloon sinuplasty, an in-office surgery that can be performed under local anesthesia, minimizing recovery time that widens the sinuses' openings to treat recurring infections.
Dr. Chin lives in Atlanta with his wife, Margaret, and has two children. Outside of medicine, Dr. Chin has a passion for playing competitive table tennis.
