Copayments and balances are due at the time of service.

Filing Insurance Claims

Because of the complexity of some insurance plans, we will work with you to determine, as closely as possible, your actual cost.

Piedmont Ear, Nose, Throat and Related Allergy, requests that you pay co-payments, deductibles and any non-covered charges when you arrive for your appointment. We will file all insurance claims for you.
